CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY – ELENA ROSE BOUTIQUE
1. Cancellation and Exchange
1.1 Once an order has been placed through our website, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
1.2 As our goods are shipped internationally, delivery times may vary and are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us in accordance with Section 2 below.
1.3 Because we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed and shipped immediately. It is therefore not possible to stop the shipping process once it has started.
2. Return and Refund
2.1 Our Return Policy is part of these Terms and Conditions, under which you may visit and use our website.
2.2 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days and begins on the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.
2.3 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Elena Rose Boutique, info@elenaroseboutique.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. letter or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.
2.4 Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods back.
2.5 Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
2.6 Returns and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In addition, a fixed eco-handling fee of EUR 20.00 per return will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and environmentally friendly processing of returned goods. Exceptions apply only if the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered goods or are defective.
2.7 A refund is only possible once the goods have been physically received and inspected by us. Please provide proof of shipment with tracking so we can assign your return.
2.8 You must ensure that the product is returned in the same condition in which you received it and that it is properly packaged. The product must be unused, labels must be intact, and the product must be in its original packaging. If a product is returned in an unsuitable or damaged condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
2.9 You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
2.10 Our processing time for returns may vary depending on your order. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after receipt and approval of the return.
2.11 Once your return has been inspected and approved, we will send you an email confirmation. The refund amount, minus any applicable fees, will then be issued to your original payment method.
2.12 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (e.g. personalized or hygienic items) will be expressly listed in our product descriptions or in these Terms & Conditions.
3. Return Procedure

Request the return form from our support team and send it back to us completed, signed, and scanned.

Return the goods only with a shipping method that provides a tracking number. Without tracking, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed.

Once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund will be processed according to the above conditions.

Note on Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs, as well as for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
